Just been in today. Service was brilliant. I went to open an account and been told to wait politely for15 mins and been asked for cold drinks and coffee, I have to say the service they give to their clients is outstanding. Mr Simon, a brilliant guy who open my account today was very helpful in opening an account, didn't took long for opening an account as well, he even made my debit card in 5 minutes and set my mobile banking the same day.. this all process didn't took more then 25 minutes. Highly recommended, if you want smooth and easy going banking.. and also if you want to save your time, i will definitely referring my other friends to this branch of Metro. Thanks a lot Metro 👍🏼

We were having trouble booking an appointment to open a partnership bank account with barclays and metro. So on the off chance I walked into HSBC. I managed to get an appointment that day with a Tony Wood. He was brilliant, he walked through with me what we needed to set up the account and so on. We completed opening the account after about an hour and it takes 2 or 3 working days to be open. I would and have recommended HSBC to anyone. I am also transferring my current and savings over to them for being so good and helpful to me and our business.
